Shipping policy

Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are dispatched approximately 8 weeks after pre-orders close. Timelines may vary slightly due to production schedules, customs processes, or factors outside of my control.

Original Artwork
Original artworks require 2–3 weeks of preparation prior to dispatch. This allows adequate time for curing, varnishing, and careful packaging to ensure the piece arrives safely.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS, depending on size and destination. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for delays or delivery issues once the parcel is in transit.


International Orders

Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for such fees, nor do I have any control over them.


PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. I cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.
