How do I contact the shop?

Please only direct order/store inquires via email and not via social media, as I am unable to ensure that your question will be seen on social media!

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policies

To ensure the safety of your order, I only offer tracked shipping.

PLEASE NOTE; I am not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. I cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.

Please keep in mind customers outside of the United Kingdom may have to pay customs fees. I am not responsible for such fees, nor do I have any control over them.

Here you will find a complete list of shipment location options for Daedreams. I predominantely ship with Royal Mail, but for original paintings I may use FedEx or USPS.

Channel Islands), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Palestine, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.

Currently Royal Mail ships to over 240 countries & regions. Don't see your country on this list? Email hello@daedreams.co so I can look into adding your location to my shipping services!

My order was marked as delivered, but it isn’t here. What do I do?

For more accurate tracking, please use the Royal Mail website.

I received a fee notice

On April 5 2025, the United States imposed a 10% tariff on most goods imported from all around the world, including the United Kingdom. For further details, please visit: U.S. Tariff Guide

Returns

What is your return policy?

Items are eligible for a return and a complete refund within 14 days of the shipment date. Due to Daedreams being a small business, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

If items are not returned in the same condition that they were sent out in (unopened, unused, items unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) and the 14 days have passed, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

If your item only arrives after 14 days and you are wishing to request a refund, or wishing to receive more information on refunds please email hello@daedreams.co.

Original Paintings, Sale items, and Imperfect items are not eligible for returns.

Please note; any refunds submitted directly through PayPal may have a fee associated with it. This is PayPal's policy, and I have no control over it. I am not responsible for PayPal charging fees for money received. For further info, please visit: Refund Policy

My order is incorrect, defective, or not what I ordered. What do I do?

Please reach out to me at hello@daedreams.co within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. I will require images of the item, in order to verify this and to update tax record. I cannot issue a refund or replacement without a photo of the item.

General

I’ve seen you collaborate with authors/companies for bookish merchandise. Is this something you offer to authors?

Yes! I LOVE working and licensing with authors. If you would like to see merchandise for your book (or a book you love), please check out my commissions page for character art or fine art! I’d would love to work with you. 

How do I commission you?

About your assistant...

This is not so much an FAQ as much as a general notice. If you follow me on social media, you may have spotted my lovely assistant - my cat, Rhubarb. I do my best to keep her away from my packing station, and always lint-roll all items before shipping.

Rhubie always wants cuddle & to know what I'm up to, so if a couple cat hairs sneak in your package I'm so sorry! She just wants to give her seal of approval!
