The Valkyrie's Oath - Print

Archival canvas prints of my original painting, The Valkyrie's Oath.

"I am the rock against which the surf crashes. Nothing can break me." Inspired by the oath Nesta, Emerie and Gwyn make on their journey to becoming Valkyries, this piece depicts Ataraxia, glowing against the crashing waves as a severed white ribbon drifts through the sea breeze.

I first envisioned this scene while reading A Court of Silver Flames, but it took three attempts to finally bring it to life! I’d love to revisit it within a larger painting inspired by the Valkyries and the stories still to come in the ACOTAR series.

Each print is individually hand-embellished in my studio using metallic paint, adding light-catching details and subtle texture to specific areas of the piece. No two are ever the same. Limited to just 3 worldwide.

Using a palette knife & detail brush, I apply texture and metallic highlights directly onto the surface of the print, bringing it closer to the look and feel of the original painting.

No two Heirloom Editions are ever identical, making each one a unique collector's piece.
